Gancia, on the other hand, was born out of Carlo Gancia's entrepreneurial spirit. After studying in Champagne, France, he launched the company with his brother. Initially based in Chivasso, the company then moved to its permanent headquarters in Canelli, where it continued to experiment with the Classic Method.
